  1. Quick and Easy List Generation Create shipping, receiving or disaster recovery lists by manually entering media numbers, using an online or remote bar code scanner, RFID Reader, importing TMS lists, or importing a batch file.

  2. Fast and Accurate Reconciliation Quickly reconcile tape shipping or receiving lists between VaultLedger® and your offsite vault using either online or remote bar code scanner or RFID reader. A Quicken®-like interface clearly identifies discrepancies. Fix them with ease and record the changes for your auditor.

  3. Secure List Transmission Once your lists are generated and reconciled, a single click of your mouse sends the lists to your offsite vault using secure FTP.
