Inactive data consumes an average of 60% of the catalog backup process. B&L’s Archived Data Manager (ADM) identifies inactive backup catalog data and enables users to migrate that data to an ADM-managed catalog archive, reducing the backup window for production catalog backups by up to 90%. ADM centralizes all decommissioned and production backup catalogs, providing a single-pane-of-glass approach to monitoring the entire backup infrastructure. Users can then quickly and easily search catalog metadata by a number of different criteria.
